Initiate Your Request
Log into your account or visit our Returns Portal within 30 days of delivery to submit a return request with your order number and reason for the return.
Prepare the Rug
Carefully repackage the rug in its original protective plastic or equivalent heavy-duty packaging to ensure it remains clean and undamaged during transit.
Ship It Back
Affix the prepaid shipping label provided by our support team to the package and drop it off at the designated carrier location or schedule a home pickup.
Receive Your Refund
Once our warehouse inspects the returned item, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 5-7 business days, minus any applicable restocking fees.
